It takes time to get huge ic from a silicon wafer sometimes it takes years. the huge investment of money and time do not guarantee successful completion of IC in the first attempt. Meanwhile, the chip business is moving from one processor core to many core processors and is known as the chip MultiProcessors (CMPS). The integration of number of components on single chip which is the need of hour can not be avoided for example cell phone. This integration leads to high power dissipation, high cost; increased security risk and many more conflicts and side effects. One way to deal with the present scenario is to introduce the reconfigurable logic.
