From 1999 to 2002 he was a management consultant at the Handwerkskammer Düsseldorf. His research interests are in the areas of innovation and ideas management. Matthias Nolden, management consultant, lecturer and book author in the field of innovation management, has worked for many years in an internationally leading technology company from creation to commercialization of new products and services. His consulting focuses are in the areas of innovation management and business development.
