Péter Cserne is assistant professor at Tilburg Law School (The Netherlands) and at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, Budapest (Hungary). Miklós Könczöl is assistant lecturer at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, Budapest (Hungary) and currently Durham Doctoral Fellow at Durham University (UK).
