BRUCE C. NISBET, MSW, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Human Services located in Buffalo, New York, where he is responsible for providing strategic leadership for this comprehensive multi-county behavioral health agency. Spectrum has provided person-centered recovery-oriented case management services to several thousand individuals with serious mental illness over the last twenty years.
