Tena Marchand began writing this book as a short story for children who have lost loved ones, in an effort to reveal their newfound beauty, glory, and happiness of being in Heaven. It evolved into the journey and background of three loved ones who died in a short span of time. She is a registered nurse residing in Louisiana, and she enjoys an extended family. She authored The Sword of the Spirit in Memory, published in 2012.
