This research work was carried out with the purpose of contributing to the detection of social risk factors that affect the behaviors and educational learning of children and adolescents. Demonstrating that the theory of social learning describes that they learn by modeling, being the model the fathers, mothers, representatives and representatives, but in turn also plays a fundamental role some difficulties that brings with it the social context and its difficulties such as: extreme poverty, little or low educational level of the significant adult, unsanitary water, improvised housing, low purchasing power, unemployment, undetected or unattended health problems. In such a way that this research work is totally quantitative and suggests the creation of schools for parents in order to achieve the integration and effective alliance with the learning processes of adolescents to prevent problems or legal situations to society such as increased crime, youth gangs and school dropouts, taking into account that all these problems do not help a country to have progress in all social, labor and business areas.
