Regina Cortina is Professor of Education in the Department of International and Transcultural Studies at Teachers College, Columbia University, USA. She has been coordinating the department’s Program in International and Comparative Education since 2009. Cortina holds a PhD in Education, a master’s degree in International and Comparative Education, and a master’s degree in Political Science, all from Stanford University, USA.
