STEVE MARSH is Director of European Union Studies at Cardiff University. He has research interests in postwar American foreign policy, Anglo-American relations and European Union foreign policies. His last book was the co-authored US Foreign Policy Since 1945 and he is currently working on a co-authored International Relations of the European Union.
