This monograph was created as a result of the project aimed on analysis of organizational culture and its impact on occupational safety and health system in Serbia, Russia and Slovenia. The conducted studies has fully met the expectations of the authors taking into account the fact that it is one of the few studies of this type conducted in Eastern and Southeastern Europe which includes a large and heterogeneous sample of 1,419 entities (801 in Serbia, 556 in Russia and 62 in Slovenia) of different economic activities and which, through comparative analysis of the results acquired in the Republic of Serbia and Russia, gives an insight into the differences in perception and attitudes towards occupational safety and health at work, thus giving it the character of uniqueness in terms of research problem. The research results are an important source of information and a solid base for future researches. This book is intended for the wider public and a wider circle of readers who are engaged in investigating the same matter or the system of health and safety at work from a practical point of view.

Sne¿ana ¿ivkovi¿ is professor at the Faculty of occupational safety in Ni¿. Author of five monographs, two textbooks and over 200 research papers published in SCI and SSCI journals, science and research journals and in international scientific conferences. Research interests: occupational safety, emergency management, environmental management.
