Sk. Mashudur Rahman is the Joint Director of Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development (BARD), Comilla. He obtained his BSS,MSS and MPA degree from Bangladesh. He has been working in the development field more than 12 years and he has more than 32 research articles that have been published in reputed Journal and Newspaper of Bangladesh.
