Autorenporträt
The Author: Ralph Doty is Associate Professor of Classics at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. He received his B.A. from that institution in 1967 and his Ph.D. in philosophy from Columbia University in 1973. He has published in both classics and philosophy journals, principally in the area of the Hellenistic era and its thought.
