After admiring a painting of A Hen and Her Chicks, the little emperor made a design for a small porcelain cup. He asked an artist to paint a hen, a rooster and two chicken on it. After it was made, it turned out to be a beautiful porcelain cup which became the emperor's favourite for life. With his little "Chicken Cup," he never felt lonely again.
