The Author: Michael Katchmer received his Ph.D. in Classical Studies from Indiana University. Katchmer also has a degree in Theatre from Susquehanna University and has many years of acting experience. He has taught classics at Indiana University, DePauw University, and Millersville University. He currently teaches in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures at Louisiana State University.
