The Vienna-born founder Martina Lessing's delicacies are served at gala receptions of international companies as well as at private dinners in the houses of London bankers. Her latest project, "Let's Do Lunch!", is a weekly pop-up restaurant in her kitchen, in which she allows a select group of clients to sample her latest creations.
