Nicolas G. Adrien is an independent consulting engineer. He has a civil engineering degree from the University of Haiti and master's degrees in environmental engineering and water resources from Harvard University. He is a registered professional engineer, a certified environmental engineer, a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers, and a Life Member of the American Water Works Association. For more than forty years, he has provided engineering management and environmental planning services to prominent U.S. firms, government agencies, and international organizations such as the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), World Health Organization, and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). He has published or contributed to more than 250 reports, specifications, and proposals.
