SIA, her family, and her dog Lukan all live in Colorado where she was born and raised. Sia had been in education for over 25 years in several capacities. At the present moment Sia is the director of a GED program for Denver Public School district. Sia recently received her Chaplaincy from Denver Seminary. Sia is the lead singer and founder of the nonprofit band Decades of Love. They annually raise funds for other non-profit organizations by performing at the Music for a Cause concert in Colorado hosted by the Decades of Love Band.
