As the title suggests, this book is essentially a 'photo-biography'. Born in the middle of an air raid in London during the Blitz, on May 17th, 1943, my life has since been filled with many exciting episodes and adventures, many captured in photographs.
I have illustrated several books in my home county of Dorset and thought it was time for my own photographic book. My life has taken me from surviving a V2 bomb explosion at 20 months old to appearing in films with Kirk Douglas, Richard Harris, Sean Connery, and Richard Gere. I built my own home in Snowdonia with my own hands and later did a 4,000-mile road trip across the western USA with my oldest son.
A life of resilience, creativity, and adventure-this is my story told through the lens of a lifelong passion for photography.
