Shashikala Gurpur is the Director of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and Dean, Faculty of Law, Symbiosis International (Deemed University). With over 35 years of distinguished experience in teaching, research, academic administration, and institutional leadership, she has been associated with Symbiosis Law School, Pune since 2007. She is a renowned academician, researcher, author, and international speaker with significant contributions to legal education, research, and policy. She serves as an Honorary Professor at the College of Business, Public Policy and Law, University of Galway, Distinguished Visitor at the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), Chairperson of the CII Sub-Committee on Legal Education, and is a Former Member of the Law Commission of India.

Aparajita Mohanty is Professor at Symbiosis Law School, Pune, Symbiosis International (Deemed University) India. She possesses 28 years of teaching expertise. A recipient of National Scholarship from the Ministry of Education Government of India on the basis of performance in SSC Examination. She holds a Masters in Political Science with an M. Phil on Public Administration. Her doctoral thesis focuses on higher education policy. At the law school, she teaches varied courses ranging from Political Theory to International Relations, Public Administration, Law and Governance and Comparative Constitution.

Atmaram F. Shelke is working as a Professor at Symbiosis Law School, Pune (Constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University)), He is recipient of two gold medals for standing first in LL.M. at Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune (India). He has completed Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Rights Violation in Cyberspace. He is a specialist in IPR Violation in Cyberspace, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Research Methodology. The fields of his research interest are IPR Violation in Cyberspace, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law.

Richa Dwivedi is currently working at Symbiosis Law School, Pune as an assistant professor and is engaged as a member of SCALSAR. Before joining Symbiosis in 2019, she has had an experience of working with the Government think Tank in Madhya Pradesh as a research associate. She is UGC NET Qualified and has completed LLM and BA LLB Degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law specialization from reputed institutions. She also has a degree of M.A. in Public Administration from IGNOU. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. from Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune. Her Area of research is focused on Constitutional Law, Fiscal Federalism and Policy-related research.
