Practical Operating Theatre Management Measuring and Improving Performance and Patient Experience

Jaideep J. Pandit is Professor of Anaesthesia in the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences at the University of Oxford and is also a Consultant Anaesthetist in the Nuffield Department of Anaesthetics at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust, Oxford. An internationally recognised clinical leader in operating theatre management who has served as Clinical Director for Theatres in Oxford and as Clinical Advisor to the NHS in England, he serves as Editor-in-Chief of Anesthesia & Analgesia, the specialty's pre-eminent journal. His pioneering research in respiratory physiology, patient safety, and health economics are recognised with numerous international awards and medals (including the Royal College of Anaesthetists' highest award, its Gold Medal). He is also a Fellow of St John's College, at the University of Oxford.
