Vikrant Bhateja is associate professor in Department of Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology (UNSIET), Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is also serving as Head: Computer Sc. Engg. & Information Technology in the same university. He holds a doctorate in ECE (Bio-Medical Imaging) with a total academic teaching experience of 21 years with around 190 publications in reputed international conferences, journals and online book chapter contributions; out of which 40 papers are published in SCIE indexed high impact factored journals. One of his papers published in Review of Scientific Instruments (RSI) Journal (under American International Publishers) has been selected as “Editor Choice Paper of the Issue'' in 2016. Among the international conference publications, five papers have received “Best Paper Award''. He has been instrumental in chairing/co-chairing around 30 international conferences in India and abroad as Publication/TPC chair and edited 55 book volumes from Springer-Nature as a corresponding/co-editor/author on date. He has delivered nearly 25 keynotes, invited talks in international conferences, ATAL, TEQIP and other AICTE sponsored FDPs and STTPs. He has been Editor-in-Chief of IGI Global--International Journal of Natural Computing and Research (IJNCR) journal from 2017-22. He is guest editor in journals like: Elsevier: Measurement, Springer: Evolutionary Intelligence. He is Senior Member of IEEE and Life Member of CSI.

Le Anh Ngoc (Jimmy) is a Professor of Information Technology and the Director of the Swinburne Innovation Space at Swinburne University of Technology, Vietnam. With nearly 30 years of experience spanning both academia and the technology industry, he is a leading expert in innovation management and technology transfer. Dr. Le holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Kyungpook National University in South Korea, where he was a recipient of the prestigious Brain Korea 21 Scholarship.His extensive research portfolio includes over 150 published works focusing on Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), smart networks, and 5G communication systems. Beyond his role at Swinburne, he has served as the Dean of the Faculty of Semiconductor & Artificial Intelligence at Asia University, Vietnam, since 2025. He is deeply involved in the global academic community as the Chair of the International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Networks (ICISN) and as an associate editor for journals such as IET Smart Cities. Dr. Le also provides strategic consultancy as a mentor for various international innovation networks, including the Vietnam–Korea Businessmen and Investment Association.

Angela Lee Siew Hoong is Deputy Dean (Employability & Alumni) at the School of Engineering and Technology, Sunway University, Malaysia. Prof Angela Lee has been developing data science curriculum more than 10 years and she is the key person to introduce Data Science degree at Sunway University. She was recently awarded the National Outstanding Educator Award and SAS Global Forum Distinguished Educator Award for Asia Pacific Category. She regularly speaks at data science conferences. Angela has developed many innovative ways to use analytics and data science tools from the most elementary level to advanced analytics. She teaches Social Media Analytics, Visual Analytics, Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence and has authored many published international journals in the area of churn analytics, sentiment analysis and predictive analytics.
