Yingying Zhang-Zhang, Ph.D. from ESADE Business School (Ramon Llull University), holds the position of Full Professor of Management at the Graduate School of International Management, International University of Japan (IUJ). Currently, she also serves as the director of the IUJ Research Institute. Throughout her career, she has undertaken numerous visiting positions as a professor and scholar globally, including appointments at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, Cranfield University, Göttingen University, and Tec Monterrey University. 

Zhang-Zhang is a prolific author, with research interests in the sustainable development of society, extending her earlier focuses on the firm level to the societal level. Her research articles appear frequently in esteemed management journals such as Journal of Business Research, Human Resource Management Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Business Review, and Management and Organization. She has also served as a guest editor for special issues on topics including the rising power of emerging economies, sustainable development in competitive emerging markets, and theorizing gender in management, all of which are closely related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She has also co-authored several management books, including recent titles such as “People Centric Innovation Ecosystem” (Cambridge University Press), “Leadership of Chinese Private Enterprises” (Palgrave Macmillan), and “The Source of Innovation in China” (Palgrave Macmillan), addressing the sustainable development of firms and economies.

Chun Yee Wong is an associate professor at the Graduate School of International Relations, International University of Japan. She earned her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Australia and holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto, Canada. Dr. Wong's academic career spans over ten years. Her research interests encompass health economics, environmental economics, economics of education, and policy evaluation. She has made significant contributions to these fields through her numerous publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals. Her work has appeared in prestigious outlets such as World Development, Journal of Economic Behaviour & Organization, Social Science & Medicine, and Health Economics.

Dr. Wong's research explores key challenges in sustainable development, healthcare systems, and public policy. Her notable studies examine the effects of intergovernmental transfers on income and poverty, the role of the digital economy in advancing renewable energy, and the prevalence of high healthcare costs. Her expertise has been recognized through prestigious grants and scholarships, including the Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research (KAKENHI). Additionally, she has contributed to the academic community as a reviewer for various journals and conferences. 

Dr. Cheng-Tao Tang is an assistant professor of Economics at the Graduate School of International Relations, International University of Japan (IUJ). He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and holds M.A. degrees in Economics from National Taiwan University and Brown University. Dr. Tang’s research focuses on labour economics, organizational economics, and development economics. His work addresses critical global issues, such as the impact of intergovernmental transfers on poverty and income inequality, and the effects of financial inclusion policies on economic stability. His research has been published in prominent journals, including the American Economic Review and World Development. 

In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Tang serves on the editorial board of Innovation and Green Development and contributes actively as a peer reviewer for several reputable journals.
