Nancy S. Choe, PhD, ATR-BC, LMFT, is a registered, board-certified art therapist and educator in California whose work sits at the intersection of creativity, healing, and technology. An alumna of the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture residency, Choe worked as an artist for many years and later spent more than a decade working with multiple international companies in digital marketing. She currently teaches at Loyola Marymount University's Marital and Family Therapy with Specialized Training in Art Therapy department as an assistant professor and maintains a private practice. Her interdisciplinary approach to art therapy incorporates new media, narrative medicine, poetry, neuroaesthetics, and arts-based community work.
