What a great ending to such a wonderful series! I enjoyed every page! Back when I started this, I didn’t expect to fall in love with these books and especially Apollo so fast. But it happened, and with every trial, the feeling only got stronger. Now I’m sad it’s over, but I will definitely read the series again! Apollo has grown so much during his trials, you wouldn’t have thought when you read about him having fallen from Olympus and landing in a dumpster in book one that this man would become so selfless and courageous at some point. And I’m glad he remembers in the end when he’s a god again. I would love to know what he’s up to now, I hope that maybe, we’ll get to read more about the demigods someday (after all, Nico and Will got a prophecy in the end!) and see Apollo again. I’m sure it would be amazing. But it’s time to say goodbye to all those lovely characters for now. All our old friends we met again: Percy, Nico, Will, Thalia, Rachel, Leo, Calypso, Piper, Hazel, Frank, Reyna, Annabeth (well, she was mentioned and showed up in the end) and so many more. Not to forget Jason Grace. But also to our new friends we made: Meg, whom I adored so much, even if I had to agree with Apollo at times that she could also be annoying. The Arrow of Dodona, Lavinia at Camp Jupiter, Apollo’s children Austin and Kayla, our friends at the Waystation, the list is endless. And of course Apollo, whom I love so much! He was always so adorable and made me laugh or smile countless times. I will definitely miss him! Wonderful series, I have to repeat myself! It was so worth reading it!
