Dr. Om Prakash Dubey is Head of the Mathematics Department at J.J. College, Bihar, with over 19 years of teaching experience across reputed institutions. He holds a Ph.D. from Ranchi University and specializes in Optimization, Evolutionary Algorithms, and Mathematical Modeling. A prolific researcher, he has published more than 35 papers, authored books, holds a copyright registered with Government of India, and serves as President of the Council of Ancient Mathematical and Scientific Research, India.

Prof. Efrén Mezura-Montes heads the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute at the University of Veracruz, Mexico. He specializes in bio-inspired algorithms for complex optimization problems, with more than 200 publications and over 10,600 Google Scholar citations.
