In the Weeds The Sweetest Grumpy x Sunshine Romance!

I adore the Lovelight Farms Series by BK Borison and have read book one and three so far and finally got around to reading In The Weeds. Evelyn and Beckett’s story is beyond sweet and wholesome.   These two meet one day in a bar and they have amazing chemistry and spend a few nights together. The story started off very spicy and I liked how they were just in the now and enjoying their time with each other.   Beckett is a farmer at Lovelight Farms, and he rather keeps to himself. He is such a sweet man who also loves animals and has adopted four kittens and a duck, and I melted away with all these cute scenes. I also liked seeing his interactions with his family.   Evelyn is a social media influencer, and she has basically turned into a workaholic. For a competition she is visiting Lovelight Farms and that’s how she meets Beckett again. But she isn’t really happy anymore and while she gets amazing opportunities, she needs to go back to the roots and take a break. I loved how she was looking for her own happiness and how Beckett supported her with it.   The romance is just so pure and cute, and I absolutely loved Evelyn and Beckett. From them living together in Beckett‘s house, to the animal scenes and to Evelyn helping the others in the small town, this story felt like a big hug. It was a perfect addition to this series and made me fall in love even more with this world. 4,5 stars.

Die Geschichte an sich ist richtig schön und gut geschrieben, aber es gibt so viele Druckfehler, sodass ich ganz viele Seiten überhaupt nicht lesen konnte. Das ist sehr schade. Vielleicht habe ich ein Mangelexemplar bekommen.
