A visually rich, theologically grounded 40-day devotional exploring the final words of Christ-designed for Lent, and meaningful for any season of reflection.
The 7 Last Sayings of Jesus is a guided devotional inviting readers into the final moments of Jesus' earthly ministry. Beginning in the middle of the story-after the Last Supper, Gethsemane, and his arrest-this book offers eight chapters rooted in Jesus' last spoken phrases: seven from the cross and a concluding meditation on his words at the Ascension.
Each reflection is accompanied by a guided prayer and daily prompt, drawing readers into quiet contemplation of Christ's suffering, surrender, and triumph. Whether used during the Lenten season or as part of a year-round rhythm of devotion, this book creates sacred space to encounter the depth of Jesus' final teachings.
What sets this devotional apart is its integration of spiritual insight and visual beauty-featuring contemplative artwork designed to mirror the emotional and theological weight of each theme. Created in collaboration with Alabaster's creative team, it's an invitation to not just read but to see and feel the gospel story in a new way.
