We humans should know who we are, but what we are to become is determined by the person himself, the family, the society that surrounds him. This is also the case with the figure portrayed here. Who is he influenced by, who does he influence, and how does he allow himself to be influenced in his own life? Is it love that leads him onto the right path? Is he subservient to people or does he make them subservient? He has put chains around himself - voluntarily or by force.
