Dr. Swatantra Kumar Dubey is a hydrologist and agricultural water resources researcher specializing in the integration of hydrological, crop, and economic models with geospatial analysis to address climate change impacts. He holds a Ph.D. from the Central University of Rajasthan, India, where his research focused on water and food security in the Banas River Basin using CORDEX-SA climate data, hydrological modeling, and remote sensing. With research experience at IISER Bhopal, Sikkim University, and Seoul National University of Science and Technology, he has developed socio-hydrological frameworks and spatial analyses for sustainable water resource management. Currently, he is working as an Associate Professor at TIIAME National Research University, Uzbekistan, where he focuses on hydro-economic modeling and climate adaptation strategies in agriculture. His expertise includes SWAT, AquaCrop, MODFLOW, DSSAT, and GIS tools (ArcGIS, ENVI, ERDAS Imagine, Google Earth Engine), as well as Python programming for big data analysis. His work has been published in journals such as Science of the Total Environment, Ecological Engineering, and Environmental Processes.

Dr. Anirban Nath is an accomplished agricultural scientist with expertise in genetics, plant breeding, and seed system development. Currently serving as Associate Scientist at the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), he has led initiatives across India and Nepal to strengthen community-based seed entrepreneurship.
