This is the 5th volume of Jean-Pierre Serre's Œuvres, collecting papers from 1998 to 2025.
The impact and influence of J-P. Serre's work have been notable ever since his doctoral thesis on homotopy groups. In 5 volumes of Collected Papers he has provided comments on and corrections to most articles, and described the current status of the open questions with reference to later findings. This 5th volume has been published some 25 years after volumes 1-4.
