Ich habe dieses Buch verschlungen. Die Handlung verwebt geschickt unterschiedliche Themen: Mysteriöse magische Fähigkeiten, die Suche nach den eigenen Wurzeln, ein altes Familiengeheimnis und ganz viel Teenagerunsicherheit, die nicht unangenehm wirkt, sondern viel mehr an die eigenen Unsicherheiten mit 17 Jahren erinnert. Interessante Charaktere und eine Familiendynamik, wo die Eltern endlich einmal nicht komplett unfähig oder gar abwesend sind machen dieses Buch für mich großartig.

I saw this book on booktok and I knew that I needed to buy and read this one! First of can we talk about the cover? I love the Greens and the plant vibes and the main character on the cover matches perfectly! I personally have nothing that I didn’t like about this book! I loved all the clues that we got in story sometimes I was slower with matching the clues than brises the main character. I loved how it included Greek mythology and all the knowledge about the different plants. I had a few plot twists in my mind but the at the end it was anheile other plottwist that I definitely did not think of! Of course it ends with an open end so I can’t wait to read the sequel „the wicked fate“! 10/10 recommend this book!
