Water is one of the secrets of life, and a fundamental source of all life without which it cannot exist. Earth is the richest known planet in terms of water. Water has a controlled, balanced cycle during which water transforms into most of its forms, such as vapor, condenses into water droplets, hail, or ice, and melts into liquid water. Chapter Three addresses the topic of: Water in the Arab World: The Water Crisis in the Region, Water Conflict, Population Growth and Water Resources Development in the Middle East, and Proposed Projects.
Chapter Four addresses: The Nile River: The Journey of the Great River, the Blue Nile, the Nile Confluence, Economic Importance, Historical Overview, the Aswan Reservoir, the High Dam, the Dam's Effects, Positive and Negative Impacts, Lake Nasser, Fish Resources, the Bride of the Nile, the Nile Flood, the Nile Basin, the Indugo River, the Rescue of the Abu Simbel Temple, Overviews of the River, Explorations in the Nineteenth Century, the Nile Basin, the Rome Protocol of 1891, the Addis Ababa Agreement of 1902, the London Agreement of 1906, the Nile River Agreement of 1929, Background on the Nile River, and the Water Poverty Zone.
