He completed his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University in Ames, USA in 2011. His research interests include ergonomic product design and evaluation using principles from biomechanics, physiology, cognitive engineering, and other related fields.

Jeong Ho Kim is an Associate Professor of Environmental and Occupational Health at Oregon State University. He received his MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and PhD in Ergonomics and Biomechanics from the University of Washington. Before joining the OSU’s faculty in 2015, he was an assistant professor at Northern Illinois University from 2013-2015 and a research scientist at the University of Washington from 2012-2013. His major research interests are occupational ergonomics and biomechanics. He is particularly interested in developing and evaluating evidence-based interventions to reduce physical exposures to reduce occupational injuries and illness and therefore improve workers' health and well-being.

Yong-Ku Kong, who is a professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering, at Sungkyunkwan University, received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University in 1994 and 1997, respectively, and a Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, State College, PA, USA, in 2001. From 2001 to 2006, he worked for NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) in Cincinnati, OH, USA as an engineering researcher. He was the vice president of ESK (Ergonomics Society of Korea) and served as editor-in-chief of JESK (Journal of ESK). His research interests include Hand biomechanics, WMSDs (Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders), Ergonomic Product/System Design, and Exoskeletons.

Jaehyun Park is a Professor in the Department of Industrial and Management Engineering at Incheon National University. He received a B.S. degree and a Ph.D. degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from POSTECH (Pohang University of Science and Technology). His research interests are human-computer interaction, VR/AR, user experience, and user value.

Myung Hwan Yun is a Professor and the Director of the Human Interface Systems Laboratory at the Department of Industrial Engineering, Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea. He is also the Organizing Chair for the IEA (International Ergonomics Association) triennial conference, the IEA 2024 JEJU. He was the current president of the Ergonomics Society of Korea. He received his B.S. and M.S. in industrial engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea, and a Ph.D. in industrial and manufacturing engineering from Penn State University, USA. His research interests include HumanInterface Design, User Experience Research, Affective Product Development, and Auditory User Interface. Professor Yun spent most of his career advising and co-operating with major product/service developers in South Korea including Samsung Electronics (Mobile Products, Home Appliances), Hyundai Motors (Interior Trim, Perceived Quality, Sound Design, Driver Seat), and Hana Financial Group (User Experience, Customer Journey Planning).
