Once he laid out this theoretical foundation, Grinberg-Zylberbaum delved deeper into this relationship through several books, including The Construction of Reality.
In these writings, he explains that both the external, tangible world and the internal world of thoughts and dreams are subjective descriptions shaped by each individual's life history. Grinberg argues that these narratives—and therefore, reality itself—can be altered.
