Crooked Kingdom: The Dregs Edition A Sequel to Six of Crows

Ich dachte nach six of crows kann es nicht besser werden aber was soll man sagen, ich lag falsch. Eine so viel komplexere Mission wird in diesem Band thematisiert und jedes Mal wenn man denkt, man hat verstanden was vor sich geht, wird der Plan geändert, was ich persönlich super fand, da der Spannungsfaktor nie nachgegeben hat. Ein sehr emotionales Buch, dass man meiner Meinung nach nicht zur Seite legen konnte. Das Ende hat mir außerdem sehr gefallen und ich freue mich schon sehr auf “Letters from Ketterdam”.

i only ever read the first book of this series from the grisha universe, and i honestly dont plan on reading the other grisha universe books. i love this author, ive read her other stuff (the alex stern series) and just genuinely love the way she writes, i just think the grisha thing isnt for me personally. when u are looking for reviews for this books u probably read the first one, finish the series. its worth it.

While the first book explains the world, introduces Kaz and Inej mainly as well as some of their back story, this one goes even deeper. We get more character depth for ALL the characters as well as some exquisite story building. You'll suffer while reading this one. It' s been several years and I'm still wounded.

Witty, dark, magic loaded and funny. This book is wonderful. It is action loaded, suspensful and the characters are unique. It’s Game of Thrones meets La Casa de Papel with a dash of magic. I couldn’t put it down.

Inhaltlich stellt die "Six of Crows"-Reihe meiner Meinung nach die stärkste Reihe aus dem "Grishaverse" dar. Obwohl es sechs Protagonisten gibt, sind alle hervorragend herausgearbeitet und bekommen ihre jeweilige Aufmerksamkeit. Auch behandelt die Reihe viele wichtige Themen. Die Bücher sind von der ersten bis zur letzten Seite spannend und ein absolutes Muss für Fantasy-Fans. Die Collector's Editions sind hochwertig verarbeitet und wunderschön gestaltet. Besonders die enthaltenen Illustrationen ganz hinten gefallen mir. Wenn man bei Büchern die Originalsprache gegenüber dem Deutschen vorzieht, ist dieses Buch perfekt.
