He currently has a very successful private practice in New York.

Héctor Durán
is a highly respected plastic surgeon in Latin America, not only in the field of liposuction and buttock fat grafting, but also for helping to enhance safety in the Brazilian butt lift and avoid embolisms. Further, he introduced a liposuction technique that uses safe subcutaneous fat grafting. He currently lives in Merida and has a successful private practice in Mexico, where he is recognized as a key opinion leader on buttock surgery.
