Arsen S. Abdulkadyrov,  Senior Research Fellow, Research Institute of Management, Economics, Politics and Sociology of Dagestan State University of National Economy (since 2019), Associate Professor of the Department of Oil and Gas Well Drilling, Dagestan State Technical University (since 2018). Arsen S. Abdulkadyrov is an expert in the field of economics of high-tech industries, digital economy, analysis and modeling of economic processes in the fuel and energy complex, economic and national security. He is awarded with a commendation from the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation (2012). Arsen S. Abdulkadyrov is the author of 120 scientific works, including 5 monographs (2 copyrighted), participates in scientific grants and large projects.

Julia V. Ragulina , Ph.D. (economics), professor, Head of the Chair of compliance and controlling at RUDN University (Moscow, Russia). She is the honored worker of science and technology of the Russian Federation and the honored worker of higher professional education. Khachaturyan is a well-known specialist in the field of military economics, research of problems of ensuring military and economic security of Russia. He created and successfully operates an intersectoral scientific school "A new paradigm of managing the economic support of the military organization of the state".Author (co-author) of more than 220 scientific and educational works, including 10 textbooks and 12 monographs.

Elena G. Popkova , Professor, Doctor of Science (Economics), the founder and president of the Institute of Scientific Communications (Volgograd, Russia) and Leading researcher of the Center for applied research of the chair “Economic policy and public-private partnership” of MGIMO University (Moscow, Russia). Her scientific interests include the theory of economic growth, sustainable development, globalization, humanization of economic growth, emerging markets, social entrepreneurship, and the digital economy and Industry 4.0. Elena G. Popkova organizes Russianand international scientific and practical conferences and is the editor and author of collective monographs, serves as a guest editor of international scientific journals. She has published more than 300 works in Russian and foreign peer-reviewed scientific journals and books.
