It's incredibly difficult for me to find the right words for this book, but in a term that everyone understands: EMOTIONAL DAMAGE.
This book is not suitable for underage readers.
Before you read this book, check the trigger warnings. Jennifer Hartmann doesn't mince her words and describes the events with a brutal honesty that almost drives readers crazy.
I have a very conflicted opinion. On the one hand, I find the idea behind the plot incredibly innovative and exciting, but on the other hand, it's so incredibly difficult and problematic that I'm at a loss for words.
I simply don't know, but the writing style captivated me so much that I didn't want to withhold it from readers.
