The organization is closely associated with terrorists in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, the Palestine Liberation Army, the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, and Jordan, and proved to be disastrous. Arash Hasham Hoosmand, a colonel in the Quds Force, was charged with exacting the revenge of Soleimani in the United States.
