Dieses Buch ist zwar das erste seiner Reihe, gehört aber zu dem Worthington Universum. Die Hauptchraktärin hat eine riesige Familie, die zu Beginn alle erwähnt und deren Geschichten referenziert werden. Es ist kaum möglich, den Überblick zu behalten. Zwischen den Hinweisen auf die Handlungen der anderen Bücher versteckt sich leider sonst sehr wenig: plumper Dialog und eine sehr offensichtliche Story. Das Buch ist vielleicht nett, wenn man Fan der Worthington Romanreihe ist, und nicht zu hohe inhaltliche Erwartungen an eine Geschichte hat.
