dieses Buch hat mich auf emotionaler Ebene gefasst. Kapitel für Kapitel wachsen einem die Charaktere immer mehr ans herz. Die Geheimnisse die nach und nach aufgedeckt wurden, schockierten auch meist. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

One of the Girls is my first book by Lucy Clarke and I am positive it won’t be the last one. I got into the story fairly quickly due to the likeable characters and easy-going writing style. I enjoyed the bits of cultural information about Greece, both result in a rounded overall picture. Initially, I saw it as a cozy read, but later on, I had to revise my opinion. The story may begin at a leisurely pace but don’t be discouraged there is more here than meets the eye. Twist after twist and no end in sight. I think One of the Girls is a good start to getting to know the author and I¨'m glad she has written many more. Now I only have to pick one.
