"It remains true, however, that Louis Mpala's political philosophy does not dedicate democracy to the geminies. It merely questions the meaning of elections and their consequences in a representative democracy. The aim - since there is one in this book - is to advocate a new form of democracy: "pro-Hôponist democracy". It would be based, among other things, on the philosophy of meeting people.
