Ich weiß nicht mit was ich starten soll. Im Buch werden so viele Themen thematisiert. Themen die die Menschheit beschäftigen. Die Story war super flüssig zu lesen - konnte das Buch nicht weglegen. Ich liebs total. Gegen Ende wurde es noch emotionaler, was alles aber nur noch schöner machte. Ich kanns jedem empfehlen der wieder mit dem Lesen anfangen möchte, oder mit dem Englisch Lesen starten möchte. Es ist auf Englisch echt super lesbar!

The book is set in Wembly, London and everything felt so familiar, I immediately felt comfortable and settled down for a good read. The book didn't disappoint. The journey the main characters of the book take is a joy to watch, you feel yourself cheering them along, urging them to read the next book on the mysterious list for them to discover yet another aspect of what can be learnt or taken away from a book. The unlikely friendship between a teenage girl and an elderly Indian man felt credible to me (abetted by their discovery of books) and the depth of their relationship is put to the test as tragedy hits. I just loved everything about it.
