The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse

This story is just a hug in a book. It offers wisdom and comfort in equal measures, and maybe it was because I'm currently reflecting on my life and learning so much about myself and my worth that I've enjoyed this read so much, but I'd say that anyone would find something in this book to take with them. There's so much this story portrays: friendship, self-love, dealing with life in general, etc. I feel like I could write a thousand words and I wouldn't be able to explain what it sparked within me. But then again you'd most definitely feel different when reading it, so I'll just say this much: If you want to treat yourself then consider buying this book. It's wonderous and wonderful. It would also make a great present ;)

This book and its very nice pictures open your eyes and your heart to the strength of friendship, self-love and the wonders of life. The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse become friends and offer each other respect, appreciation and worldly wisdom. We can learn from their harmony and exercise in serenity by taking to heart how they accept and encourage each other. This little book is for everyone who opens his or her heart to it.

The book is a collection of beautiful insights and thoughts of the four companions. There ia not really a connecting thread in the story, so some might be disappointed. But somehow this made it for me even lovelier. The illustrations are a beautiful addition.
