Steffi has problems to talk, Rhys is deaf.
This is the reason, the two characters were brought together, so that sign language (BSL) can help them communicate. With Rhys, Steffi learns how to communicate again and how to open up to the world. Their love for each other is a thunder, they have their own little world and as a reader, it feels real.
It´s not just a lovey dovey, perfect thingy they have, but a real first time love, with nervousness, not always the right words, etc.
It was kinda quiet and sweet to read, and I loved every second of it.
