What in God's name are you doing, Cardan? Poor Jude, she didn't have a break for a minute and was getting betrayed every second of her life. By everyone! I can't get over the book....or even the series in general! *Sigh* I have to pick up the third book from the bookshop that I ordered weeks ago and I'm scared to end this series :(

I didn't see this ending coming, but I love it. It is such a cliffhanger and great way to connect it to the third book. I weren't able to guess it. That doesn't say much cause I can barely guess a plottwist ‍. I love a badass female lead and Jude definitely is one. She knows she has her weaknesses and still fights and holds on. Jude can and WILL fight those who try to get in her way and despite other female MC's she really works and is intriguing and able to kick ass. Holly Black is an amazing author and I like her worldbuilding.
