Mit diesem Buch findet man eine wunderbare englische Übersetzung des norwegischen Originals. Die Handlungen in dem Buch sprechen selber für ich und machen den Leser auf aktuell vorliegende Gegebenheiten aufmerksam. Das Zusammenspiel aller drei Geschichten und auch Schicksale lässt den Leser aufmerksam folgen, in der Hoffnung durch intensives lesen vielleicht doch einen Teil der Geschichte ändern zu können.
Ein gelungenes Buch, dass mich dazu inspiriert hat mir bald selber meinen eigenen Bienenstock anzulegen, damit sich diese fiktive Geschichte nicht wirklich so abspielt.
