Because I read English edition of the book I decided to share my views also in English. It’s an amazing book in which Satya Nadella shares his experience from early stages of becoming CEO of Microsoft. Reader will find many interesting, almost ready-to-use, management frameworks which can be helpful in the business/corporate life. I personally found some of them very useful, especially the one related to the culture or guiding people to the same goal. But it’s also important to understand that from this book reader will not learn almost anything related to Microsoft’s products (i.e. Windows operating system, Office suite, Surface devices).
