What a fantastic punk-anarchist novella which gets so much done and said in such tight space. Topics like misuse of power in a unique independent communal setting, the importance of pronouns and the meaning of freedom, imagined in a dark, magical and unsettling way. It is action packed, has a mystery plot line and ends with a big twist.
I've read it years ago and still think about it to this day. You should really give it a try!
