Professor Dr. Paul Schönslebengeb. 1952, studierte Mathematik und Operations Research an der ETH Zürich und schloss 1980 mit einem Doktorat ab. Mehrere Jahre Bereichsleitung in Organisation und Informatik von Industrieunternehmen folgten. Parallel zum Studium und zur Praxistätigkeit entwickelte und vertrieb er ein Softwarepaket für variantenreiche Mischfertigung. Von 1983 bis 1991 war er ordentlicher Professor für Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Universität Neuenburg. Seit 1991 ist er ordentlicher Professor an der ETH Zürich, mit Schwerpunkten in Logistik-, Operations und Supply Chain Management bis hin zum Globalen Servicemanagement und zur Service-Innovation.
