Wunderschöne Geschichte über eine Liebe, die so toll geschrieben ist, dass man das Buch nicht mehr aus der Hand legen möchte. Man bekommt einen guten Einblick, wenn auch fiktiven, in Hemingways Leben und seine literarische Entwicklung, der so überzeugt, dass man sich nicht vorstellen kann, dass sein Leben eventuell anders verlief.
